🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted


📦 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact


🚚 Courier Charges (Mandatory Condition)

👉 Customers must bear all courier/shipping charges for return or exchange.

  • This applies to both pickup and self-shipping options

  • Courier charges are non-refundable under any circumstances


🔄 Return / Exchange Process

1. Pickup Facility (if available)

  • Pickup will be arranged within 1–3 business days

  • Customer must keep the parcel ready

  • ₹100 per item will be charged as shipping fee

2. Self-Ship Option

  • Customer must ship the product using a reliable courier service

  • Share courier receipt at support@cartreno.com

  • Courier charges will not be reimbursed

Important Policy Terms

  • We do not offer direct cash/bank refunds

  • ✅ Only exchange or refund in coupon/voucher form is allowed

  • A ₹100 convenience fee per item may be deducted where applicable


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only as a coupon/voucher

  • Coupon can be used for future purchases

  • No refund to original payment method (except special cases)


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Single product cannot be exchanged for multiple products

  • Multiple items require separate exchange requests

  • Product must reach us within 7 days of request approval


⚠️ Inspection & Approval

  • All returns are verified through unboxing video recording

  • We reserve the right to reject requests if:

    • Product is used or damaged

    • Incorrect product is returned

  • For Snapmint orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method


📦 Packaging Instructions

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit

  • Cartreno is not responsible for damage during return shipping
