No, you can place an order without creating a Cartreno account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view order history, and receive updates on new arrivals, offers, and events.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and enter your registered email ID or mobile number. You will receive an email to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
No, currently we do not offer customization services for garments.
We try our best to display accurate colours. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
We currently ship only within India through trusted Indian logistics partners.

Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping services. All orders are shipped in standard packaging.
